Well I well be going back to college at Algonquin here in Ottawa. I well be taking Computer Systems Tech which is a two year diploma. I have already taking parts of this course before so I well not have to start all over. It is a very fun course but quite a lot of work two with studying, homework, and labs. It well be fun to finally get back into the swing of things working with routers and servers again and working in teams of college students. I can not wait till the fall.
Well I have decided to also get pack into programming which I have not done in awhile. What I plan on doing is tool around with the Windows Phone 7 series sdk. Which includes phone-centric editions of Expression Blend and Visual Studio 2010, silverlight and XNA this all allows you to easily write good looking application and games that run smooth and native on the phone. If I like this I may also try out the Android SDK.
Well just bought a new HD TV from Bestbuy. It is an LG 46 LCD 1080p it is really nice and everything runs so smooth on it and shows look great. At the moment though my 360 is the only thing that is HD on it. But that well change soon enough when we buy a Rogers HD box and subscribe to an HD package. It was a great package deal got the TV, stand, and in house pick up warranty for $1100.
This is another really cool deck from Building on a Budget it is based around these two cards Traumatize and Crypt of Agadeem what these cards allow you to do is either on turn 5-7 either bring back all your creatures from the graveyard that were but in there or mill your opponents. Here is the deck list:
So Futurama fans are you all excited that our show well be coming back in June on Comedy Central and hopefully sometime soon after on one of our Canadian networks. It is very exciting that this show well be coming back on it was one of my favorite shows. It well also be nice to have an animated show on tv that is not made by the same people that made Family Guy since Futurama is made by the same people that made The Simpsons.
In Worldwake which is the newest set in magic there are some really cool lands which players call man lands. They are called this because they can be transformed for a turn into creatures and still be land so that means you can use them for mana or to attack or block. Also these cards can be used to fix mana problems since they are all dual lands which means that they have two different kinds of mana. These cards Creeping Tar Pit, Celestial Colonnade, Dread Statuary, Lavaclaw Reaches, Raging Ravine, and Stirring Wildwood should be used in all decks that could use their colours.
Well it has been awhile since I have played magic now. But with all the new core sets out there I am going to be building some new decks since none of my old decks are in standard now. The deck I was thinking about is one like this one from MTG’s site and column Building on a Budget . Let me know what you think.
